A Ride There strictly prohibits transportation providers from contacting, harassing, or intimidating riders for any reason after a service has concluded. This includes but is not limited to:
If a rider chooses to terminate services with a transportation provider, the provider must immediately cease all contact with that rider.
While A Ride There does not manage individual contracts between riders and transportation providers, we are committed to protecting our riders. If harassment or intimidation occurs following service termination, A Ride There will pursue all legally permitted actions to ensure rider safety, including:
Riders who experience harassment or inappropriate behavior from a transportation provider are encouraged to report the incident to A Ride There immediately by:
Note: A Ride There does not employ transportation providers. Contracts are strictly between the rider and the provider. However, in cases of legitimate complaints, A Ride There may remove the provider from the platform and take additional action as described in Section 3.

To protect both riders and transportation providers, A Ride There recommends that transportation providers only contact riders after a completed trip for the following reasons:
Any contact outside these circumstances is discouraged and may lead to a rider complaint.

If a transportation provider employed by a company violates this policy and the company fails to take reasonable steps to address the situation (e.g., removing the individual from their team), the entire company may be removed from the platform.
Drivers from that company who are in good standing may reapply to join A Ride There as independent transportation providers.
To reduce misunderstandings and protect both parties:
A Ride There also takes reports of rider misconduct seriously. Transportation providers may report inappropriate behavior, harassment, or safety concerns directly to A Ride There for investigation.
